The Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in London is continuing to support British Theatre Opera Circus, with their leading project "The Sevdah Opera". Their work includes the contemporary music, theatre, comedy etc. and the collaboration with the British, Bosnian and Herzegovinian and Croatian performers. The B&H Ambassador to the UK, Dr. Tanja Milašinović, was invited to the UK premiere in London. The composer, Professor Nigel Osborne was inspired by Sevdah music and the opera was a story about conflict, betrayal and yearning in a world full of destruction and demolition. Differences in Demolition had its world premiere in Mostar on June 9, 2007. The libretto was done by Goran Simić, B&H author, who leaves in Canada. The director was Lenka Udovički , the famous artist who lives in London. Artists from B&H, Merima Ključo and the Mostar Sinfonietta band, performed as well. During 2008 and 2009, the Opera Circus is planning to present the new opera in Scotland, Turkey, Georgia and the ex-Yugoslavian countries.
In June 2006, at that time the unfinished Sevdah Opera by Professor Nigel Osborne, was already presented at the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the traditionally organized event "Evening with Diaspora ". Merima Ključo and the Mostar Sinfonietta band performed on that occasion as well.
